I am a French author, speaker, and coach with 20 years of experience shaping People and Culture strategies across multiple continents. A graduate of France’s leading business school HEC Paris and of an exchange program in Thunderbird Global School of Management, I have experience in facilitation, strategy consulting, leadership coaching, and learning and development. My expertise lies in fostering psychological safety in the workplace, addressing unconscious biases, and encouraging inclusive leadership.
My career started in strategy consulting, and my passion for a more inclusive world led to the creation and curation of TEDxBarcelonaWomen during many years.
In 2015, I founded Shiftbalance, focused on storytelling workshops and power bootcamps, and I published a book of gender equity solutions called Balance the World. Shiftbalance has collaborated with several UN agencies to provide workshop facilitation, training, and strategic consulting. Known for my inclusive approach to leadership, I excel at uniting teams and aligning their strategic vision and mission.
This expertise enables me to foster safe and courageous spaces in complex environments like Afghanistan and Ukraine. I have successfully designed and facilitated team retreats for companies such as Airbus and Chanel, improving team cohesion and collaboration.
Additionally, I have provided leadership coaching for WHO, UNHCR and UNAIDS senior managers and developed learning and development materials for LinkedIn France, Orange, WFP, FAO, UNICEF, UNFPA, and others. I have also conducted diversity and inclusion audits across various organizations.
Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, I enjoy facilitating effective communication and engagement across diverse linguistic and cultural contexts.
