Diana Chobanyan
(she/her)Armenia
I completed a one-year facilitation training with MitOst e.V. in 2015. Since then, I have taken several more TOTs and facilitated over 40 trainings and workshops on project management, decentralized development, and social entrepreneurship. Driven by a passion for creating impactful spaces, I co-founded the EcoHub Foundation and its social enterprise, Boo Alternative House, a sustainable training center in the mountains of Armenia. I also led organizational growth as Executive Director of one of Armenia’s largest youth organizations before joining Impact Hub Yerevan.
In addition to my work with EcoHub, I serve as Fund Manager for the VIA Fund at Impact Hub Yerevan, where I lead impact investing strategies and support the growth of Armenia’s social entrepreneurship ecosystem. I also consult companies on organizational development and provide leadership training for non-profits. A key aspect of my work is using the Tools for Citizens toolkit to coach companies seeking growth or navigating strategic change.
I have developed a strong foundation in global development and management methodologies. As a Fulbright Humphrey Fellow, I studied Economic Development and Innovation at Boston University. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I combine advanced frameworks with innovative workflows to accelerate organizational impact.
