Since 2018, we have been working to upskill facilitators through intensive and participatory in-person and online training opportunities. Each training is tailored to meet your needs, whilst being grounded in what we consider essential facilitation anchors, namely human connection, peer-learning, collaboration, and wellbeing.
Our trainings
- Online: 1–3 x 2–hour sessions.
- In-person: Half a day to a day.
- Topics: Key facilitation principles and methodologies and/or specific facilitation skills, like fostering meaningful connections among participants. The topics are decided together with you based on your needs and prior facilitation knowledge and experience.
- Participants: Min. 3, max. 24.
- Price: To be discussed.
- Online: 8–10 x 2–hour sessions.
- In-person: 3–5 days.
- Topics: Key facilitation principles, methodologies, and formats, as well as a vast range of core facilitation skills and competencies. The whole learning journey is adapted based on your needs and prior facilitation knowledge and experience.
- Participants: Min. 6, max. 18.
- Price: To be discussed.
- We are happy to explore an even more customised training offer for you.
- These can range from short 2-hour online sessions for you and your team, all the way to an intensive one week long training in person.
