Edel Ní Bhraonáin is a facilitator, programme manager and community organiser with over 15 years of experience creating inclusive, participatory spaces. She works at the intersection of language, sustainability, youth work and community development. Growing up in a rural, indigenous community with a minority language has deeply shaped her work, which is guided by the interconnected pillars of heritage, people and nature.

Edel believes that strong communities and genuine human connections are essential to building a just and fair future, and this principle underpins all of her facilitation and programme work. She has a strong commitment to human rights and language rights, particularly for those whose voices are least heard.
