Esther Hayes Grossman

(she/her)

Germany, United States of America

I’m a freelance facilitator, experience designer, and community engagement practitioner. I work with mission-driven organizations to design and lead thoughtful, community-centered programs, gatherings, and learning experiences – ones that invite reflection, build trust, and support long-term impact.

I’ve worked across 10+ countries in fields like futures thinking, climate, education, entrepreneurship, design, innovation, WASH, migration, gender, and youth development. I thrive in projects that blend systems thinking with human connection – where the goal is not just to deliver an event or program, but to create the conditions for something meaningful to happen.
