Etienne Salborn is a changemaker-maker and founder of SINA (Social Innovation Academy), recognised globally for his innovative leadership and transformative impact. Named among the Leaders50, Germany’s 40 under 40, Influential Leader, and Innovation Ecosystem Builder, he has pioneered a new way of enabling disadvantaged youth and refugee communities to become the change they wish to see in the world.

SINA’s self-organised and award-winning framework centres on “freesponsibility” to transform participants from passive aid recipients into active drivers of their own futures as social entrepreneurs. In the process facilitation is key and Etienne has over 12 years experience facilitating in SINA and having grown it to 23 locations across nine countries. Etienne also lectures at the ESCP Business School and the Management Center Innsbruck on eco-venturing and social entrepreneurship.
