Morocco

I am a facilitator and learning designer working at the intersection of youth empowerment, leadership development, and self-knowledge. I design and facilitate experiential learning processes that support individuals and groups in clarifying their purpose and strengthening their leadership capacities.

My work is rooted in human-centered and participatory approaches, creating inclusive learning spaces where reflection, dialogue, and practice come together. I draw on tools from sport, storytelling, and collective intelligence to foster engagement, trust, and meaningful learning experiences.

I work with youth, educators, and organizations to design workshops, trainings, and learning journeys that encourage critical thinking, self-awareness, and action aligned with values.
