Jiezhen Wu
(she/her)Singapore
Hi, I’m Jiezhen. I’m a facilitator with experience supporting global, cross-cultural spaces across leadership, social impact, and diversity and inclusion. Within CXC, I’ve facilitated several summits both in person and online – including the Gender and Climate Action Summit in North America, as well as the virtual Asia & Australasia Summit, and several in person summits in China and Vietnam.
Beyond CXC, I’ve designed and facilitated end-to-end programs across industries and regions, from shaping application and selection processes to holding the live experience itself. My facilitation style is calm and grounded, yet energetic and inviting. I care deeply about creating inclusive spaces where people feel seen, heard, and able to participate fully.
I’m highly adaptable and attentive to group energy, and I believe good facilitation means meeting people where they are – and shifting the space when needed. Impact and inclusion are very close to my heart, and as our community grows, I see this work as essential to helping us thrive together. I would love to help hold and co-create this space with fellow CXC Facilitators / The Facilitators.
