I am a co-founder of Well-being LAB, TEDx speaker and co-author of a book ‘’A mile in our shoes: stories of global journeys’’. Over the last 13 years I have facilitated over 100 events in over 40 countries, – from online summits, courses to in-person conferences, bootcamps, workshops, panel discussions, training courses and retreats. My main topics of facilitation are mental health and well-being, personal development, social entrepreneurship, social sustainability and intercultural citizenship education. I have designed, led and trained a 9 months long well-being facilitators training program, as well as mental health crash course for youth workers and NGO staff members. Currently I mostly facilitate programs in Europe, but in the past I worked extensively with MENA and Asia.
