I am a co-founder of Well-being LAB, TEDx speaker and co-author of a book ‘’A mile in our shoes: stories of global journeys’’. Over the last 13 years I have facilitated over 100 events in over 40 countries, – from online summits, courses to in-person conferences, bootcamps, workshops, panel discussions, training courses and retreats. My main topics of facilitation are mental health and well-being, personal development, social entrepreneurship, social sustainability and intercultural citizenship education. I have designed, led and trained a 9 months long well-being facilitators training program, as well as mental health crash course for youth workers and NGO staff members. Currently I mostly facilitate programs in Europe, but in the past I worked extensively with MENA and Asia.

Testimonials

"It is difficult for me to put into words how grateful am I for the training. It has been transformative, life-changing. I have been having some difficulties in the last 1,5 years and slowly getting back on my track again. 2 years ago I decided to become a mindfulness teacher and was extremely motivated. But I was not ready yet. I could blame it on the pandemic, or my living situation, or the conflict with the family but If I am honest to myself I was just not there yet. But since last week I am ready. I already started to teach again this autumn and became clear that this is the path but was still struggling: with money, other career opportunities, breakup... Probably you know well all this shit. You inspire me so much with your giggles, authenticity, still being spiritual but not that typical hippie style rather a businesswoman.”
