I’m presently in my second year of studying somatics (the integration year some may say!) with a focus on dance & movement, and relational liberation (a fancy term for connecting to the self and others in ways that affirm our shared humanity, instead of unintentionally perpetuating harm)
Somatics is a perceptual skill that helping us connect to emotional, spiritual and ancestral truths, and sustain and guide us in locating ourselves within the web of life.
