Indonesia

Hi, I’m Nadya. I’m a facilitator and a coach-in-training who works at the intersection of individual well-being and collective care.

Through my venture, Well-being Journey, and my involvement in ChangemakerXchange, I design and facilitate reflective, participatory spaces for individuals, teams, and communities. I support them in navigating complexity and cultivating cultures that are trusting, supportive, and human. My facilitation practice is grounded in a belief that when people feel valued and dignified, they are far more able to contribute meaningfully to the world around them.

— Participant

“I first met Nadya when she facilitated the Changemaker Xchange in Chiang Mai in 2019, and had the pleasure of co-facilitating with her again at the Changemaker for Education Summit in 2024. Nadya has a remarkable ability to create a warm, inclusive, and welcoming space—no matter how diverse the group is. She is deeply respectful of cultural differences and attuned to the varying needs of participants. As a facilitator, she comes to every session well-prepared, communicates clearly, and brings a calm and dependable presence to the group. As a fellow changemaker, she is incredibly supportive, encouraging, and appreciative—she has a way of making people feel seen, heard, and valued. She connects with others on a personal level and genuinely keeps them in mind when opportunities arise. Her openness allows her to explore different viewpoints while confidently holding her own perspective. Nadya is also deeply introspective and continuously questions her own assumptions, which makes her not only an inspiring collaborator but also a thoughtful and grounded leader. It’s been a joy knowing her and working with her.”
