Zambia

I am a community builder, facilitator, and small‑scale organic farmer from rural Zambia. I’m a certified facilitator with ChangemakerXchange and MS TCDC, and I currently serve as the Head of the Leadership and Governance Academy at MS TCDC in Arusha, Tanzania. I oversee programs on leadership, community organizing, movement building, climate justice, resource mobilization, and participation of youth across Sub‑Saharan Africa.

I have facilitated a wide range of spaces, from intimate retreats like a leadership session with the six board leaders of Africa Unite Climate Southern Africa, to medium gatherings such as the ChangeMakers 4 the Planet Summit in Rwanda, to large sessions at events with over 300 participants, including the YouLead Africa Summit.

I’m also a Lawyer, Governance and Public Policy expert, and I carry a strong grounding in rights-based, community-driven approaches. When I’m not working, I spend most of my time on my small organic farm in Namoundwe, rural Zambia, where I also serve as the Village Headperson of a small farming community.
