Pin Qi Lee

(she/her)

Singapore

I am a facilitator, host, and facilitation designer working across education, social impact, and learning design. As I grow in my facilitation practice, I find myself most energised — and most useful — in a host role: creating the conditions for strong facilitation, observing group dynamics, and supporting facilitators with timely, thoughtful feedback.

My practice is grounded in a hands-on, participatory approach. I believe in drawing wisdom from the group rather than front-loading content, and in designing processes that make thinking visible. Making is especially important to me, as it lowers barriers to participation and allows people to contribute meaningfully beyond writing or speaking, particularly across languages and communication styles.
