Ryan Gersava
(he/they)Philippines
Ryan facilitates spaces where the people most systems forget to design for end up shaping the conversation.
Drawing on co-design and emergent methodologies, he works across contexts that rarely share a room — underserved communities, corporate DEI teams, cross-sector networks, and global changemaker ecosystems — helping groups move from fragmented perspectives to shared clarity and action.
His facilitation is rooted in a decade of systems-building: as founder of Virtualahan and Spectrum Impact Sourcing, he has designed and led processes that reorganize how institutions see, assess, and value talent. Trained in Global Facilitation through ChangemakerXchange and Experience and Service Design through KindMind, he brings the same question to every room — what would this process look like if it were built for everyone in it?
Ryan is a TED Fellow, Forbes Under 30 Honoree for Social Impact, and Ashoka Fellow, based in the Philippines.
