I am Sharon Migariza, a facilitator and trainer. Facilitation is my chosen way of advancing human rights and gender justice because it allows me to turn lived experiences into collective power. My facilitation journey with ChangemakerXchange has sharpened my skills through summits and cross-border changemaking initiatives. I design and lead intergenerational dialogues, Make Your Experience (MYE) sessions, and comprehensive Training of Trainers (ToT programs that empower Women and Youths, creating safe spaces for collective peer learning and transformative dialogues aligned with SDGs.

Testimonials

"Sharon Migariza is a bold facilitator who reads the room’s energy to foster bubbly, welcoming spaces where ‘learning through sharing’ thrives. During the 2021-2022 electioneering period she led community dialogues among youth in Nairobi informal settlements, building peace and cohesion before, during and after elections while advocating for civic rights awareness, no violence reported in our area, we left not just informed, but connected and ready to co-create change."
