As a facilitator, Terri has helped build local and regional collaborative networks in the fields of social innovation, systems-change, and youth development. She enjoys supporting peer-learning circles and trust-based communities. She is the Fellowship Director for Firetree Philanthropy, which supports long-term positive change in communities across South and Southeast Asia. She been part of the global facilitator pool of the ChangemakerXchange community since 2018 and is a Co-Founder of the Democratic Insights Group. Terri was previously the co-founding Country Director for Ashoka Philippines.
