Thaniya Theungsang is a facilitator and international development professional working across Southeast Asia on youth empowerment, with a focus on soft skills for lifelong learning. She designs participatory, energizing spaces that help young people feel connected, communicate with clarity, and collaborate with purpose. Her experience includes working with UN agencies, multistakeholder regional programs, local grassroots initiatives, and diverse stakeholders such as policymakers, SMEs, and educators.

Beyond her development work, Thaniya has a deep passion for teaching classical Hatha Yoga, which supports her to facilitate more mindfully, playfully, and with heart.
