I am a facilitator with over 15 years of experience in designing and guiding holistic, experience-based learning and collaboration processes. I am certified in experiential and nature-based process facilitation, generative facilitation, collective leadership, and design thinking.

I accompany teams, groups, and networks through change and future-oriented processes, drawing on extensive practical experience within the education system as well as in impact-driven organizations. My facilitation work focuses on creating well-designed process architectures that enable participation, reflection, co-creation, and collective vision-building. Furthermore I am an experienced learning designer focussing on creating learning spaces for future skills.
