I am a facilitator dedicated to creating participatory, reflective, and growth-oriented experiences for both individuals and groups.
My work focuses on four main areas:
- Organizational Development & Strategic Facilitation I design and facilitate workshops and meetings that support organizations in co-creating strategy, navigating complexity, diagnosing challenges, and generating actionable solutions.
- Community Building & Collective Spaces I create and support both short-term and long-term community spaces—from immersive retreats that foster deep human connection and trust, to the design, strategy, and evaluation of sustainable community ecosystems.
- Ongoing Peer Groups & Reflective Practice I host and facilitate long-term peer groups where regular dialogue enables participants to explore limiting patterns, engage in honest reflection, and grow through both support and constructive challenge.
- Facilitation Training & Social Impact Work I design and deliver facilitation trainings for diverse groups and contexts, and convene participatory processes around social issues such as climate action and inclusion, bringing people together to co-create shared understanding and meaningful change.
At the core of my work is a deep commitment to inner development. I integrate mindfulness, meditation, and yoga into my facilitation, holding spaces that invite both insight and transformation—from the inside out.
