Yoon-Joo Jee
(she/her)Korea, United Kingdom
I am a facilitator, experience designer, and creative director driven by a core mission: to create a sense of belonging and bring people together in meaningful ways. I believe this is the foundation for collaboration, creativity, and meaningful change to emerge.
I have +9 years of experience designing and facilitating end-to-end learning journeys for creative leads, entrepreneurs, students, incubators, and organisational teams across consulting, social innovation, and higher education. I have worked across seven countries on three continents, collaborating with corporates, international institutions, and universities, supporting both internal and external stakeholders. I enjoy holding the full arc of the work: from needs assessment and learning outcomes to facilitation methods, tools, and integration.
Alongside my facilitation practice, I have a parallel career as a movement artist and storyteller, and this strongly informs my facilitation style. For example, I use creative processes as well as embodied practices to help on ideation, scenario-planning, rapid prototyping, visual thinking, perspective-taking, and collaborative decision-making.
My facilitation style balances structure with creative flow. I design spaces where people can reconnect with what makes them feel alive, reset habitual ways of thinking, and harness the intelligence of the group to move from ideas to concrete action.
